In a digitalized world, individualized communication with customers is more important than ever. Accordingly, a solution was needed that would allow Audi dealers to reach customers based on their personal interests. At the same time, standardizing the digital presence of all dealers and generating more traffic to dealer websites were key objectives of the campaign.

Through a unique combination of dynamic ads, geo targeting, model specific remarketing, and programmatic buying, users could be addressed individually and engaged according to their needs. The use of a dynamic engine in combination with the latest programmatic advertising platforms made it possible to assemble and deliver highly personalized messages to the right person, at the right place, at the right time in less than a second.

This campaign was tailored specifically to the needs of Audi Switzerland and stands as a symbol of a strong technical infrastructure and innovative technologies. The results speak for themselves. Thanks to this novel online campaign, customers and dealers were not only connected efficiently, but overall performance was elevated to a new level. The click through rate increased to over 110 percent, while the cost per conversion dropped by almost 100 percent. Clear success was also recorded on dealer websites, with 86 percent more weekly sessions and 96 percent more weekly users, marking success across the board.
